Michael Warner has more than 35 years of experience in the pharmaceuticals and life sciences industries.  He has extensive experience pharmaceutical and life sciences legal matters including licensing and divestitures, research agreements, service agreements, clinical trial agreements and legal management of complex research programs.  He began his career with over a decade of research at Monsanto Company before attending law school and entering that company’s patent department to support its G.D. Searle pharmaceutical subsidiary.  Subsequently working for Pharmacia Corporation and then Pfizer Inc. as Assistant General Counsel, Michael has extensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.  He took his B.S. in Chemistry at Centenary College of Louisiana, his Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Indiana University, and his J.D. from St. Louis University.  He is a member of the Missouri Bar, the U.S. Patent Bar, and the American Chemical Society.
